We have organised a charter bus during Oz Fest 22 Darwin to provide transport between venues included in the itinerary.
Cost: AUD320.00 per person (EO&E)

These activities are planned as outlined below and, while we do not anticipate
any changes, adjustments may occur if required for operational reasons.

Payment deadline:
Full payment is due by Thu 16 April 2026

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, Australia is currently experiencing a diesel supply shortage. As a result, we anticipate potential additional costs associated with bus hire. If you are attending, please ensure you carry at least AUD $100 in cash to cover any unforeseen transport-related costs. We will endeavour to confirm the final position as soon as possible.

Any additional activities, including dinners and entry fees to the Darwin Military Museum and Darwin Aviation Museum, are to be paid directly to the venue on the day.
